Dina G. Rollman, Associate
Ms. Rollman joined Sperling & Slater as an associate in 2005 and has experience in a broad variety of complex commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts. Prior to joining Sperling & Slater, Ms. Rollman was an Assistant Inspector General for the Illinois Office of Executive Inspector General. She formerly practiced commercial litigation at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal.

Representative Matters
Complex Commercial Litigation
Ms. Rollman represents a group of real estate limited partnerships pursuing fraud, civil RICO and other claims against the former general partner and manager of the limited partnerships.
Bankruptcy and Insolvency
Ms. Rollman is a member of a team of lawyers at Sperling & Slater who, as special litigation counsel to the Trustee for Mego Financial Corporation, once a leading player in the timeshare and resort industry and a now a debtor in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Reno, Nevada, are pursuing claims against former directors and officers of the corporation as well as against the former auditor for the company.
