Gene Frett has specialized in complex commercial litigation for over 30 years. He has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts throughout the country. His cases have encompassed a wide range of intricate legal issues in a broad spectrum of subject areas, including contracts, copyrights, corporations, deceptive trade practice, insurance
coverage, partnerships, patents, professional malpractice, RICO, securities, trademarks, UCC and unfair competition.

Prior to joining Sperling & Slater in 1979, Mr. Frett was a Teaching Fellow at Stanford University Law School.
